3GEN.IT, the ISG3GEN service provider, may act as data controller or as a processor following its customer’s instructions, depending on the processing activity.

Categories and purposes

Identity, contact, account, professional role, company/workplace relationship, integration results, contracts, compliance, device permission, security and audit data may be processed to perform contracts, legal obligations, establish or protect rights, secure the service and, where required, based on explicit consent.

Collection and transfer

Data is collected from application forms, authorized company administrators, user-initiated integrations, device permissions and security records. It may be shared, to the extent necessary, with your organization, authorized staff, infrastructure and communications providers, government systems you ask us to contact, and legally authorized bodies. Applicable KVKK safeguards are used for international transfers.

Your Article 11 rights

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn its purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion where conditions apply, request notice to recipients, object to exclusively automated adverse results, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.

Send your identity-verifiable request and contact details to info@3gen.it. You can delete an account from Profile or the account deletion page.
